Gina Ghioldi

Attorney
Gina Ghioldi is the founding partner of the firm, and a graduate
of
Simmons College and Suffolk University Law School. She is licensed
to
practice law in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
Her areas of
practice include divorce and other family law matters, small
business, and
real estate. Gina is frequently invited to be a keynote speaker,
and
regularly presents at The SBA Small Business Development Center
at Boston
College. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing and
management,
and prior to becoming an attorney worked for large and small
businesses. She
has been honored by many community organizations for her accomplishments
and dedication to educating and empowering women. Gina has appeared
on local
television programs, as well as on local and nationally syndicated
radio
shows.

Rebecca Gaulin Ryan

Attorney
Ryan was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1996. She received
her B.A. in Political Science from Boston University in 1993, and
her J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1996. Among her many
accomplishments was her service as an intern in then Senator Albert
Gore Jr.'s office, and her graduating rank in the top 30% of her
law school class. She served clerked for the Hon. Gordon A. Martin
Jr. at the Massachusetts District Court, and for former Administrative
Judge Helen Moreschi in Boston. Rebecca is a seasoned litigator
with experience in the litigation departments of both large and
small firms. She manages the law office's motion and trial work.
Rebecca concentrates in civil litigation and all areas of domestic
relations including divorce, paternity, custody and post-divorce
actions. |

Warren M. (Kip) Schur

Attorney
Warren (Kip) Schur was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1977 and
the Massachusetts Bar in 1980. He received his B.A. from Harvard
University in 1969, his A.M. from the University of Michigan in
1974 and his J.D. from the same institution in 1976. He served in
the U.S. Naval Reserves from 1970-2000, retiring with the rank of
Captain. Kip specializes in gift, estate, charitable and generation-skipping
transfer tax planning. He works with individuals, families and closely
held businesses. Kip has extensive experience in estate administration,
trust administration, and probate. He frequently handles tax matters
for individuals and corporations. Kip works closely with clients
to maximize their understanding of complex estate and tax issues
and to develop a plan which specifically addresses their individual
needs. |

Lauren B. Geraghty

Attorney
Geraghty is an alumnae of Quincy Junior College and Suffolk University.
She graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1994.
Following her graduation from law school, Lauren earned a Masters
Degree in Library and Information Sciences at Simmons College. Prior
to establishing Geraghty & Geraghty, LLP, Lauren worked in a variety
of law firm settings including serving as the Director of Library
Services at the law firm of Donovan & Hatem, LLP and as the Information
Resources Manager at Day, Berry & Howard, LLP. She has had several
book reviews published in the Law Library Journal and has made presentations
on behalf of the Association of Boston Law Librarians. She has recently
been elected the the Library Board of Trustees of Canton, Massachusetts. |

Rhonda M. Levey

Attorney Levey
has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1990 and a
member of the New York Bar since 1991. Rhonda graduated Magna
Cum Laude from Framingham State College in 1986 with a degree
in sociology. She earned her JD from Syracuse University of Law.
Prior to practicing family law, Rhonda
was a former County Attorney prosecuting child abuse and neglect
cases,
termination of parental rights, child custody, visitation and
support cases. She also has experience in the areas of debt collection
and other civil litigation matters. Rhonda lives with her two
children in her native town of Framingham, where she and her family
are active members of the community.
