Attorney
Gina Ghioldi is the founding partner of The Law Office of Gina M. Ghioldi,
P.C., a four attorney civil practice law firm located in Lexington, Massachusetts.
She is a graduate of Simmons College and Suffolk University
Law School.
Gina is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
and the District of Columbia.
Gina works very closely with Attorney
Rebecca Ryan and Attorney Rhonda Levey on all the firm's domestic relations
cases. She also provides pre-divorce consulting services and acts as a divorce
strategist for individuals involved in mediation. Along with Attorney
Warren Schur, Gina provides legal services in the areas of estate planning and
business planning. Gina receives many client referrals from clergy, health care
professionals, counselors and other attorneys.
In addition to being a legal consultant
for The Support Committee for Battered Women and Vice President of Finance and
Administration on the Board of Directors of New England Women Business Owners,
Gina has been a guest lecturer for numerous organizations. She has also been
honored by many community organizations for her accomplishments and dedication
to empowering people by educating them about the law.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Gina worked for both large and small
companies. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing and
management. Her business acumen, legal expertise and experiences as a
business owner provide the basis for her to act as a business strategist and to
assist clients in meeting their professional goals. Gina supports her clients
in the development of new business opportunities and collaborations. Gina’s own entrepreneurial endeavors include her trademark It’s Everybody’s Business, which Microsoft Corporation recently
acquired for their international business to business marketing campaign. Gina also is the creator of the
radio show The Brass Ring which
features entrepreneurs and other successful professionals.
Since 2006, Gina has been a regular on-air
contributor to New England Cable News (NECN) where she covers consumer and
other topical legal issues. In addition to appearing on television, Gina
co-hosts the nationally syndicated live call-in radio show Money Matters Afternoon Edition and is a
regular guest on Money Matters Radio with
Barry Armstrong, during which she
answers questions and provides listeners with information about
divorce, asset protection and family/relationship matters. |
