Attorney
Gina Ghioldi is the founding partner of The Law Office of Gina
M. Ghioldi, P.C., a five attorney civil practice law firm located
in historic Lexington, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Simmons
College and Suffolk University Law School. Gina is licensed to
practice law in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. Gina
also has the licensure and expertise to assist her clients with
many of the various aspects of buying or selling residential and
commercial properties.
Along with Attorney Warren Schur, Gina provides legal services
in the areas of estate planning and business planning. She also
works closely with Attorney Rebecca Ryan and Attorney Patricia
Lewis on the firm's family law cases. Gina receives many client
referrals from clergy, health care professionals and counselors.
Gina has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management,
and prior to becoming an attorney worked for large and small businesses.
Her business acumen, legal expertise and experiences as a business
owner provide the basis for her to act as a business strategist
and to assist her business clients in meeting their professional
goals. Gina supports her clients in the development of new business
opportunities and collaborations, provides critical analysis for
facilitating solid business decisions, and acts as an objective
participant in the identification of short and long-term goals.
Gina is recognized in The Heritage Registry of Who's Who
for her achievements
Gina is a legal consultant for The Support Committee for Battered
Women, has served as Vice President of Finance and Administration
on the Board of Directors of New England Women Business Owners,
and is a guest lecturer for numerous organizations. She has been
honored by many community organizations for her accomplishments
and dedication to educating and empowering women. Gina is frequently
invited to be a keynote speaker, and regularly presents at The
SBA Small Business Development Center at Boston College.
Gina has appeared as a guest host on local television programs,
as well as on local and nationally syndicated radio shows. Her
radio show "The
Brass Ring®" airs every Saturday on two radio stations in
the Boston and Cape Cod areas. In 2003, the NorthEast Region of
the Alliance for Community Media (NE and New York) awarded Gina
first place for her interviews with television legends Sherman
Hemsley (aka George Jefferson of "The Jeffersons" and "All in
the Family") and Pat Morita (aka Arnold of "Happy Days" and The
Master of the "Karate Kid" movies) in the show "Brilliant People."
